Cultivating a Practice for Spiritual Orphans

So many of us are wandering, searching for a home and a community in which we feel part of something larger than our singular human story. Having been long separated from our own indigenous roots, we are missing both the guidance to show us the way and the confidence to make that way for ourselves. The Path of Offering provides a sacred container for anyone seeking to cultivate an authentic ceremonial practice, held within a circle of allies. Drawing from personal lineage and indigenous wisdom, we will be exploring and embodying ways that integrate the foundational concepts of gratitude, mutual interdependence, elemental awareness and feeding that which feeds us. Utilizing a wide variety of modalities, participants in this work will develop practices for building foundation, cleansing and purification, offering, initiation and celebration. We will build an intimate relationship with the sentience of all life, refining our ability to mediate between the physical and spiritual worlds.

The Path of Offering is facilitated by Isis Indriya and Eve Bradford. After working independently for years on the west coast performing and producing events, Isis and Eve began collaborating, drawn together through a shared mission to dissolve boundaries between audience and performer, theater and ritual. This is the present incarnation of their shared dedication to offering up their intensive studies of diverse wisdom systems and years of ritual work as accessible, transformative, fully interactive workshops.

Isis and Eve have presented various incarnations of their collective work across the globe, including Synergenesis (SF), Symbiosis (CA), BaliSpirit (Bali), Shambhala (BC), Alex Grey’s CoSM (NYC), Glade Festival (UK), Oracle Gatherings (WA), Horning’s Hideout (OR) and the Omega Institute (NY).

As pioneers on the eternal quest for brand new kinds of fun, the Funginears integrate vocal percussion, puppetry, poetics, collaborative storytelling, musical shananagins and (r)evolutionary silliness of all sorts to create interactive extravaganzas for children of all ages. with slipery toes nestled in the healing power of laughter and the visionary bonanza of co-creative play, The Funginears are puppets who use the splendiferus energy of beatboxing and vocal soundscapes to puzzle piece together a narrative flow, taking the audience on an epic journey through the realms of imagination.

HIGHER GLYPHIKS

Higher glyphiks emerge from the act of translating experience into language, offering art as an open curriculum for evolving our collective ability to educate and be educated. These are glyphik carriers of a diverse linguistik lineage, from mountain hermit waykeeper wildlings to jungle storyteller vegitalistas, from sacred song technicians of the dreamtime to cross-continental cartographers of the borderlands. This project is dedicated to cultivating media literacy and empowering creative expression through accessible, collaborative, integrated education.

As a mobile metapoetik laboratory, Higher Glyphiks offers diverse integrative strategies for evolving cultural experimentation and experiential education. A linguistik community building project dedicated to the reclaiming of communication as a medium for ritualizing relationships and co-creating visionary culture. An open curriculum for inspiring awareness education by aligning art and poetry, spirituality and practice, action and intention, design and application.

What emerges is a community building strategy integrating artists and visionaries into an active network, creating a global foundation for the localized movement.
